Membership Tiers

Membership is a great way to simultaneously support DMC's mission to provide resources to the larger creative community and open access for yourself to those resources.

Currently, DMC members receive a 20% discount at Voertman’s and a 10% discount at Denton Yarnworks. Just show your membership tag. (more discounts coming soon!)

DMC Tech resources currently include: Cricut Maker and Wacom Monitor

DMC Textile resources currently include: 2 Singer Heavy Duty sewing machines, and circular knitting machine

Memberships are charged upon sign up, and future cycles will be billed on the sign up day. Members should communicate to Staff Volunteers through the Connecteam app if they plan to work later than 7:30pm Monday through Thursday.

  • Every membership includes studio access during open studio hours — the perfect time to tinker, experiment, and get your hands dirty. As you move up membership levels, you unlock access to more specialized equipment like fibers/textiles, photo, and metals studios. Gold members also get a sweet 10% discount on workshops and merchandise. Pick the level that matches how (and how often) you like to make!

  • That depends on what you want to create!

    • Copper is great if you’re just getting started or want general studio access.

    • Bronze is perfect for fiber artists and textile lovers who want access to sewing, weaving, and soft-goods tools.

    • Silver is a solid fit if your projects include photography alongside fiber work.

    • Gold is for makers who want it all — including metals equipment and discounts on classes and merch.

    Not sure? You can always start at one level and upgrade as your projects grow.

  • You’ll be charged when you sign up. Monthly memberships renew on the same day each month, and annual memberships renew once a year on your original sign-up date. Easy to remember, easy to manage.

  • Absolutely. Just email president@dentonmakercenter.com to cancel. Your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle.
