The Shop:
One of the ways that DMC helps support Denton’s creative community is by marketing and selling local handmade creations by local makers. You can help support both local makers and DMC at the same time by purchasing their work. Our online storefront makes browsing easy and you can purchase anything you like and it will be ready for you whenever you can drop by DMC to pick it up (this is always a great plan for popular items and new releases…). Digital gift cards are another way to share DMC with others.
Currently, DMC is selling work by more than thirty local makers. In addition to all the creative pieces available anytime DMC is open, regular markets feature more work by a range of other local creatives. UNT CoLab also sells a curated selection of pieces from the DMC Shop as well.
As part of DMC’s commitment to young and emerging artists, current students receive a 20% discount (in-person only at DMC)!
And if you haven’t been able to make it to a workshop at DMC (or want to do more work on your own), many of the DMC Makers now sell kits related to their favorite ways of working in their own studios—they make a great gift or rainy day activity…
