Curious about LEGO Printmaking? This is your chance to try it out! It’s a quick and easy way to do basic relief printing without having to carve a printing block. It will be an open work session with plenty of time to play and experiment. Basic supplies will be provided (5” square baseplate, variety of flat LEGO DOTs, plain paper, inks, brayer).
LEGO printmaking was popularized by Roy Scholten and Martijn van der Blom. These two Dutch artists have spent over a decade perfecting the art of "LEGO Letterpress". James and Umut have had a great time playing with it.
